Mastering the Arcadion Raids in FFXIV Dawntrail

How to Unlock FFXIV Arcadion Raids
You’ll need to go through the main scenario quest, “Dawntrail,” and finish it to unlock Arcadion Raids FFXIV. You’ll then be tasked with talking to the Stylish Stranger NPC in Solution Nine, who will later be introduced as Metem, the Master of Ceremonies for the Ascension Arcadion Championship (AAC).
Doing this will start the quest “A New Challenger Appears.” The Stylish stranger will tell you about the FFXIV Arcadion raids, including the Ascension Arcadia Championship (AAC), which you’ll participate in. I should probably mention that you’ll need item level 684 to fight in these raids.
Inside the Arena: Conquering the AAC Light-Heavyweight Tier
The AAC Light-Heavyweight Tier is the starting point of the Arcadion Raids FFXIV. After speaking to the Arcadion attendant, you will be introduced to all four competitors in a cutscene. After the cutscene, you’ll meet with Metem in the greenroom zone to complete the quest “A New Challenger Appears.”
Here’s every quest and opponent you’ll battle in the FFXIV Arcadion Raids:
Quest 1: The Claw in the Dark
Opponent: Black Cat
You’ll access this quest by talking to Metem. The AAC Light-Heavyweight M1 will become available, and you’ll face off against your first opponent, Black Cat. Watch out for the mix of ranged and melee attacks.
Quest 2: Sweet Poison
Opponent: Honey B Lovely
Take down Black Cat and head back to Metem to get this quest. The AAC Light-Heavyweight M2 will also become available, and you’ll take on Honey B Lovely. Don’t let the name fool you; she’ll inflict some serious status ailments. This quest is, however, completed by talking to Black Cat, who’s later revealed as Yaana.
Quest 3: Yaana’s Yarn
You won’t be facing any opponent in this quest. You will, however, be talking with Yaana and her younger sister in Yaana’s gym in the recreation zone. This is where you’ll learn about their elder sister, Eutrope, an Arcadion champion, and her mysterious disappearance.
This quest is completed after you return to the Arcadion attendant and once again meet Yaana in the green room.
Quest 4: Vile Heat
Opponent: Brute Bomber
This quest will be made available with the AAC Light-Heavyweight M3 through Yaana. Be prepared to take on Brute Bomber, the champion of the light-heavyweight division. You should probably maintain a safe distance, as Brute Bomber’s explosive abilities will surely pack a punch. Defeat this foe, speak to Yaana, and end this quest.
Quest 5: The Neoteric Witch
Opponent: Wicked Thunder
This will be your final fight in FFXIV Dawntrail’s Arcadion Raids. Yaana will give you this quest, making the AAC Light-Heavyweight M4 available. Wicked Thunder will come at you with epic electrical abilities; you better be prepared with gear resistant to lightning. Defeat this foe and meet with Yaana at her gym to conclude this quest.
